Core Finisher
This core finisher I aim to complete roughly 1-3x a week! This is normally completed after one of my workout sessions when I feel that I still have a little left in the tank to give.
STRUCTURE
1st set 30x reps of each exercise.
2nd set 15x reps of each exercise.
3rd set max reps until failure of each exercise. 2-5 minute break between each set is taken as well.
